However Charlie put me at ease, after taking detailed background of the injury and current function, she reassured me that the class was adaptable and focused on individual practice. Charlie was able to adapt the sessions to my capabilities and offer really useful alternatives to poses that I was lacking strength to achieve. The sessions flow well and Charlie has made it a very welcoming space even with the challenges of virtual sessions.
